Exploring the British Legacy of Raipur

About the walk

In this walk, we will discuss the ancient beauty of the Kaisar-i-Hind door built in honor of Queen Victoria. This door is reminiscent of the era of British rule. This is the oldest of the buildings of the British carpet of Raipur. After this, we will see the Jai Stambh Chowk constructed in the memory of the first freedom fighter of Chhattisgarh.

During the walk, we will visit Jai Stambh Chowk, the Kaisar-i-Hind door, Jawahar Market, Ghadi Chowk and Art Gallery.
