About the walk

The Government Museum in Chandigarh preserves an amazing collection of sculptures,  artefacts and paintings in specific of Gandhara art. The museum has a wide collection of sculptures ranging from ancient to modern times. The interactive walk would highlight the era, style, material,  history and stories embedded in the sculptures. By the end of the walk, we hope the participants would have come a little closer to the history of their origin and will feel proud of the preserved heritage.
