Naturally, they added to the city’s character and growth in more ways than one, food being one of the most important influences of all. On this walk, we will explore some of these different communities and their impressions on our dietary and culinary heritage. From the now iconic biryani to the humble lassi, from the commoner’s chaat to the aristocratic mawa laddus, it’s all available here! Come, join us for another unique experience with as we explore not just food but also the communities and their history.
