A Tour Through the Commercial Town of Mapusa

About the walk

Mapusa, known as a commercial town, has a lot to offer. The Friday Market is very popular for locals and tourists. We will start the tour at the Gandhi Chowk, which is the entry point of the city. We will then walk to the historic Maruti Mandir, which is one of its kind. As we climb the slope, we will come across one of the first libraries to be set up in Goa. We will then take a traditional route to reach the famous Mapusa Church. A tour of Mapusa would be incomplete without a visit to the Mapusa Market. We will end the tour with loads of memories and friends. Be prepared to be active and sweat as we see the true face of Goa.

This guided tour is free.
