Jodhpur is the second largest city in the state of Rajasthan. It is famous for its forts, blue painted houses and its cuisine made up of spicy curries, delicious desserts and mouth watering snacks. 

The Jodhpur city was founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha, a Rajput chief of the Rathore clan. Overtime, Rao Jodha conquered the surrounding territory and founded the state of Marwar.

Moving down the blue lanes across the market you will experience this city like never before.

The Clock Tower (also known as ‘Ghanta Ghar’) was constructed by Maharaja Sardar Singh and is a popular landmark of Jodhpur; in its 300 year history, it has witnessed several ups and downs in the life of the city. Adjacent to the tower is Sardar Market named after Sardar Singh. This unique walk is an amalgamation of history, architecture, food, culture and photography. Beginning from the city centre, you will get to see the beautiful Mehrangarh Fort from different angles from Clock Tower  till you can lock the view in your memories.
