About the walk

Nestled in the lap of the Himalayas, Himachal boasts of unique mountain cuisine. This walk shall focus on the Dham, a traditional feast that is prepared during public gatherings, festivals and marriages, in the lower regions of Himachal. This food is simply made, but rich in flavors. Dham is prepared with very few spices, four to five types of curries are served with rice. The walk shall also focus on different food items that are indigenous to the region, such as siddu, rehru, etc.
